Marygrace asks: Can someone recommend Robes? I would be happy to comply, however, the term “robe” is somewhat ambiguous in Victorian time period. The word is used to describe carriage rugs, as well as informal ladies wear (commonly called wrappers), children’s bath or dressing robes, infant christening robes, and a style of decorative braided soutache ornamentation.
